Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vocal Isolator, available at vocalisolator.top. By using the website or its services, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Vocal Isolator uses AI models to split audio and video into separate tracks, such as vocals and music, and to remove background music or noise from speech. Results are produced automatically and can contain artifacts. Always listen to the free preview before you download or pay for a full track.

Accounts

You can preview files without an account. To download full tracks, you need an account. You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe, and you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your Content and Copyright

You keep all rights to the files you upload and the tracks you download. You give us a limited license to store and process your files only to provide the service, and we delete them 24 hours after upload.

You are responsible for having the rights to the files you upload. Separating songs for personal practice, karaoke, study, or your own music is generally fine. Publishing, distributing, or monetizing tracks separated from copyrighted songs may require permission from the rights holders. You must not use Vocal Isolator to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.

Payments and Minutes

• Full-length processing uses minutes, charged by file length and rounded up to the whole minute.
• Minutes from one-time packs do not expire. Subscription minutes reset at the start of each billing period.
• Minutes used for a job that fails are returned to your balance automatically.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page. You keep your minutes until the end of the current period.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal
• Use the service to infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Get around the free preview limits, for example with automated or repeated accounts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the service
• Resell or provide the service to others without our written permission

Service Availability

We provide the service "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every file will separate cleanly.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Vocal Isolator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
