Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Vocal Isolator ("we", "us"), available at vocalisolator.top, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services.
Information We Collect
- Account information: Your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign up with email or Google.
- Files you upload: Songs, recordings, and videos you upload to separate or clean.
- Payment information: Your purchases and subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: Pages you visit and actions you take in the tool, such as playing a preview or downloading a file. These events are tied to a job, not to file names.
- Device information: Your browser type, operating system, and a salted hash of your network address. We use the hash to apply the free preview limits and never store the raw address.
How We Use Your Information
- To separate, clean, and deliver the files you upload
- To run your account, sign you in, and keep it secure
- To process payments and track your minute balance
- To answer support requests
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To prevent abuse of the free previews and detect fraud
Files You Upload
- Purpose: Files you upload are used only to produce the tracks you asked for. We do not use them to train models, and we do not share them with anyone else.
- Storage: Uploads, previews, and results are stored in Cloudflare R2 and deleted automatically 24 hours after upload.
- Processing: Files are sent through short-lived links to the GPU servers that run our separation and noise removal models, hosted on Modal.
- Access: Files uploaded without an account are tied to a cookie in your browser. Files uploaded while signed in are tied to your account. Other visitors cannot open them.

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to link guest uploads to your browser. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Data Security
We protect your information with encrypted connections, access controls, and short-lived file links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Data Retention
Uploaded and processed files are deleted after 24 hours. Account and payment records are kept while your account is active and as long as the law requires afterwards. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
Third-Party Services
We rely on these providers to run the service:
- Cloudflare for hosting, the database, and file storage
- Modal for the GPU servers that process your files
- Our payment provider for checkout and billing
- Our email provider for sign-in and account emails
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email us at support@vocalisolator.top.
Children's Privacy
Vocal Isolator is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
